Product sheet
The KDC series is designed for ultra-precise micro-dispensing and unattended automated production lines. Thanks to its performance and advanced algorithms, it dispenses down to 0.01 mg with a cycle time of less than 0.1 s. It is particularly suited to semiconductors, MEMS and precision electronics. Its active, real-time compensation functions ensure stable and efficient dispensing.
The quantity deviation caused by the falling level in the syringe is corrected: dispensing remains stable from the start to the end of the syringe.
Anti-drip suck-back is controlled automatically: it prevents drips and helps remove bubbles.
The remaining quantity is measured and compared with the set threshold: the controller warns you in time to change the syringe and avoid defects.
Timed mode (TIMED) or linked mode (LINKAGE), depending on your workstation or robot.
RS232 / RS485 communication and 100 stored programs for simple integration into an automated line.
Problem
Low yield or high consumable costs: type 5 and 6 solder balls break under impact and clog the nozzle.
Problem
Slow output pressure response and poor stability at low pressure: poor dispensing consistency.
The solution: the KDC controller, combined with high-precision needles, solves both problems.
