Product sheet
The KPS6000-U is a high-powerpiezoelectric jet valve designed to reliably move very thick fluids in precision electronics assembly. It handles extreme viscosities and places drops reproducibly when powerful actuation and a stable feed are required.
Choose it when conventional dispensers can no longer push or control your high-viscosity adhesive, sealant or filler. It is driven by the KPC6000 and includes a heating module.
The problem
Many lines fail when the product is too thick for the valve: missed shots, irregular deposits or long stoppages for cleaning. Yield drops, while labour and material losses increase.
The cause
Thick fluids require more actuation force and a stable feed to form a drop. With weak actuation or a narrow channel, the result is pressure surges, poor meniscus reformation and clogged nozzles.
The KPS6000 answer
A more powerful actuator and a widened fluid channel to move dense products. Strong, well-timed pulses, with the right inlet pressure and nozzle, produce stable drops.
Consistent drop formation with the thickest adhesives, sealants and fillers.
Nozzles clog less often and the line stops less.
Suited to small pads and narrow gaps.
Standard mounting for simple integration into existing lines.
Sectors: mobile phones, tablets, TWS earbuds, smartwatches.

A more powerful actuator and a wider fluid channel make it possible to form drops from thick products. A strong pulse pushes the product through the chamber and nozzle; a stable inlet pressure and suitable nozzle geometry control the drop size. A slightly higher process temperature, within the product's limits, and correct pressure help keep a steady flow for heavy pastes.
Match the valve to your product viscosity, target drop size and line throughput:
Specify the viscosity at working temperature and whether fillers are present.
Choose the nozzle diameter according to the target drop volume; larger nozzles for higher flow.
Confirm the required throughput: this valve suits moderate rates where force is essential.
Check the pressure available on your supply and set it within the recommended range.
Choose the wetted materials according to chemical compatibility.
Run a trial with your paste to validate the settings and nozzle life.
